Information we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, phone number, optional email address, the service you are interested in and your message. The page you sent the enquiry from is also recorded.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to tell us. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data: our server and hosting provider keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. For spam protection we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Analytics: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics is loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, it is not loaded.

Please do not send us medical records, passwords, identity numbers, bank details or private photographs. We do not need them.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the consultation you ask for.
• To keep records of enquiries so that we can follow up and avoid duplicating work.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible only to authorised members of our team through the website's administration area. We may use service providers such as hosting and email providers to run the site, and they process information on our behalf. We disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
